Cash on Delivery is available for all orders within Thailand.
โก Pattaya Same-Day Delivery Notice
Same-day delivery is available for selected products within Pattaya City.
Some items may require next-day delivery depending on stock location and processing time.
For orders within Pattaya City placed before 3:00 PM, we offer same-day delivery for eligible products.
If your address is outside Pattaya City, your order will be shipped by courier (Flash Express or Thailand Post). Standard domestic shipping rates apply.

Domestic Orders (Within Thailand)

- ITPS Shipping: เธฟ489 (8โ15 days, 39 countries)
- Jelly products: Orders over 30 sachets have an additional เธฟ10 shipping fee per sachet due to the heavier weight of water-based jelly.

๐ Customs, Returns, Loss, and Delivery Responsibility
For all international orders, customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order comply with the laws, customs regulations, and import requirements of the destination country.
Pattayakamagra.com is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, held, rejected, seized, confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise restricted by customs authorities. In such cases, the customer must contact the relevant customs office or local authority directly.
Orders affected by customs seizure, confiscation, destruction, import restrictions, or similar customs actions are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
A partial refund is available only when the tracking information clearly confirms that the package has been returned to sender and the package has been successfully received by our returns warehouse.
In this situation, we will refund 90% of the product cost. The remaining 10% covers return handling, processing, and customs-related fees charged by the returns warehouse.
A package is not eligible for a refund if it is seized, confiscated, destroyed, retained by customs, or otherwise not returned to our warehouse.
All approved refunds are issued exclusively in USDT cryptocurrency.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains missing items, we will provide a replacement for the affected items. This replacement policy does not apply when the issue is caused by customs action, import restrictions, or non-compliance with local regulations.
