We operate Monday to Saturday. (Sunday is our day off.)
๐ต Cash on Delivery (COD) โ Thailand
Cash on Delivery is available for all orders within Thailand.
โก Pattaya Same-Day Delivery Notice
Same-day delivery is available for selected products within Pattaya City.
Some items may require next-day delivery depending on stock location and processing time.
For orders within Pattaya City placed before 3:00 PM, we offer same-day delivery for eligible products.
If your address is outside Pattaya City, your order will be shipped by courier (Flash Express or Thailand Post). Standard domestic shipping rates apply.

Delivery area: Pattaya local delivery is available only within the red border (Pattaya City zone). Outside this area, orders are shipped by courier.

Local Delivery (Pattaya City)
- Orders เธฟ0 โ เธฟ998.99: Delivery fee เธฟ200
- Orders เธฟ999 and above: FREE delivery
Domestic Orders (Within Thailand)
- Normal domestic rate: เธฟ59 (most areas)
- Remote area rate: เธฟ89
- Cash on Delivery (COD) available
- Orders placed before 10:30 AM are dispatched same business day
- 1 business day โ major cities
- 2 business days โ remote areas
- Tracking number provided after dispatch
๐ International Orders
- ITPS Shipping: เธฟ489 (8โ15 days, 39 countries)
- Jelly products: Orders over 30 sachets have an additional เธฟ10 shipping fee per sachet due to the heavier weight of water-based jelly.
๐งช Peptide Shipping Requirements
No minimum quantity โ you can order any number of vials.
๐ International Orders:
โข Minimum 10 vials per peptide
โข Smaller quantities (e.g. 5 or 5 + 5) are not allowed
โข โ Peptide orders cannot be combined with non-peptide products
These requirements ensure safe and compliant international delivery.

๐ Customs, Loss, and Delivery Responsibility
For all international orders, the customer is fully responsible for complying with local laws, customs requirements, and import regulations in the destination country.
If a shipment is held, delayed, seized, confiscated, or rejected by customs authorities, Pattayakamagra.com is not responsible for these actions. The customer must contact and resolve the matter directly with the relevant customs office or local authority.
We do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders affected by customs seizure, customs rejection, confiscation, import restrictions, or other customs-related actions.
However, if a package is confirmed lost in transit, arrives damaged, or arrives with missing items, we will provide a replacement shipment for the affected items, except where the issue is related to customs action or import restrictions in the destination country.
