🚚 7. Shipping, International Orders, and Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days under normal circumstances. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be provided after the order has been shipped.

All delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur because of courier operations, customs processing, local service disruptions, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with all applicable laws, customs regulations, and import requirements in the destination country.

Pattayakamagra.com is not responsible for shipments that are delayed, held, rejected, seized, confiscated, destroyed, or otherwise restricted by customs authorities. The customer is responsible for contacting the relevant customs office or local authority and resolving any customs-related matter directly.

Orders affected by customs seizure, confiscation, destruction, import restrictions, or similar customs actions are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

If shipment tracking clearly confirms that a package has been returned to sender, the package may qualify for a partial refund only after it has been successfully received and verified by our returns warehouse.

A tracking update showing that a return has started does not by itself guarantee a refund. The package must be physically received and accepted by our returns warehouse before refund eligibility can be confirmed.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, arrives damaged, or contains missing items, we may provide a replacement for the affected items.

This replacement policy does not apply when the issue results from customs action, import restrictions, an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, failure to collect the package, refusal of delivery, or failure to comply with local regulations.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact our support team within 10 days of delivery.

Photographs, videos, packaging, tracking details, or other evidence may be required before a replacement or refund can be approved.

Due to the nature of our products, returns of delivered products are accepted only when specifically approved by Pattayakamagra.com.

Approved return products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

For international shipments that are successfully returned to sender and received by our returns warehouse, the customer may receive a refund of 90% of the product cost.

The remaining 10% covers return handling, processing, warehouse charges, and customs-related fees associated with the returned shipment.

Original shipping charges, payment-processing charges, currency-conversion costs, and any other fees associated with the original order are non-refundable.

A package is not eligible for a refund if it is seized, confiscated, destroyed, abandoned, retained by customs, delivered to the recipient, or otherwise not successfully returned to and received by our returns warehouse.

All approved refunds for international orders are issued exclusively in USDT cryptocurrency.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and compatible USDT wallet address and selecting the correct blockchain network.

Pattayakamagra.com is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect wallet address, unsupported blockchain network, or incompatible wallet when the information was provided by the customer.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 1–3 business days after the returned package has been received, inspected, and approved by our returns warehouse.

By placing an order and accepting these Conditions of Use during checkout, the customer confirms that they understand and accept these international shipping, customs, return, replacement, and refund conditions.
